Signing order is the same at any price
Paying £49 does not change the legal requirement for the donor, certificate provider and attorneys to sign in a fixed order, each witnessed. What it buys is a personalised guide telling you exactly who signs which page and in what sequence, reducing the chance of the single most common reason applications are returned by the OPG.
A worked example
Nigel pays £49 for his LP1F. His finished document names his wife as attorney and his daughter as replacement. The signing guide tells him his wife signs first as donor is himself — wait, in his case he is the donor. He signs first, his neighbour signs as certificate provider next, then his wife and daughter sign as attorneys. He posts the original with £92 to the OPG. Total spent: £141, with the £49 covering everything except the government's own fee.
