Each person needs their own account and their own documents — an LPA can only be made by the donor for themselves.
Where the OPG fee can drop
The £92 is assessed on each donor's own income, so one spouse may qualify for a reduction while the other does not. On a low household income all four documents could be half price or free. See fee exemption and remission.
