A solicitor's own drafting can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks depending on their workload and how many meetings are needed. Our online questions produce a complete document the same session, once you have the necessary names and dates to hand. Registration afterwards takes the same 8-10 weeks with either route, since that stage is entirely controlled by the OPG.

The Whittaker family gets a solicitor quote of £550 per LPA for four documents between two parents — £2,200 in total before the £368 OPG fee.
