- This is the most flexible and resilient option: decisions can be made quickly by whoever is available.
- It does mean any single attorney could make a decision the others disagree with, without needing to consult them first.
- If one attorney dies or loses capacity, the remaining attorneys can simply continue acting — the LPA does not fail.
- This is the most commonly chosen option for exactly this reason: it survives the loss of one attorney.
Replacement attorneys
